The Casa Collective is a 4,000 sq ft design-first cultural space in Al Quoz 1, Dubai's creative district. We're not a conventional venue.....we're a living gallery, community hub, and event space designed for brands, makers, and cultural gatherings that value craft and intention over volume. Property Highlights: Light-filled warehouse with natural light throughout. Five flexible, interconnected zones that shift from intimate salon-style sessions to seated events. Built-in stepped seating in the main events area. On-site specialty coffee bar using B612 beans. Modular layout designed for discovery, each space amplifies the others. On-site parking and easy load-in. Purpose: Casa exists for curated cultural programming: design launches, brand activations, panel discussions, workshops, trunk shows, pop-up retail, podcasts, content shoots, and community dinners. We say yes to thoughtful gatherings; we say no to amplified music, high-footfall commercial events, and anything that doesn't align with our editorial approach. This is a space with point-of-view. Facilities: 170 sqm Open Canvas Events Area (stepped seating for 20โ€“60), 110 sqm Display/Retail Area, 80 sqm Community Space with Coffee Bar, 16 sqm Podcast Recording Studio, 32 sqm Material Lab & Design Consultancy, powder room and washroom. House electricity, basic sound + 1 mic, Wi-Fi, and on-site host included. Add-ons available: extended AV, dรฉcor/styling, photography/filming, cafรฉ menu.
