ALDAR CLUB LOUNGE
The Aldar Club Lounge has been intelligently designed for hire as a large 1,200 sqm space that can also be divided into three separate rooms of 400 sqm. Sound-proofed partitions are placed to create these sub sections or to provide a wholly private room that you can hire on its own. The Ballroom also offers access to a large full-width private terrace overlooking the main entrance plaza and the spectacular Yas waterfront.
Ideal for conferences, balls/gala dinners, weddings, MICE or corporate events and annual award presentations, its sure to offer the best experience for every guest.
Club Lounge A/V:
This space is deigned to cater for press conferences, breakout rooms and corporate style meetings and
events and can be used in full or divided into 3 individual and private sub sections.
Each section contains a large High-Resolution LED presentation screen, with self switchable access to run
multiple HDMi sources from either the main control or via floor input panels.
Each section is equipped with ceiling mounted BOSE speakers and additional column speakers on the side
each of the screens.
A combination of up to ten (10) Handheld or Lapel wireless microphones can be configured to operate over
the 3 sections with the capacity to add a separate mixer and source microphones or content playback should
the requirement exceed the available 10 wireless units.
