Estiatorio Milos Dubai brings the simple seaside dining of the Greek islands to Atlantis The Royal, with views of the resort's fountain show on one side and the Dubai skyline on the other. Guests choose their fish from a market display of fresh seafood. The interior, by Jeffrey Beers International, received an Honorable Mention at the 2025 LIV Hospitality Design Awards, and the restaurant makes a refined setting for corporate dinners, receptions and celebrations.
The double-height dining room seats 220 indoors, set across two levels and arranged around the central water feature. There are three private dining rooms, one on the rooftop, plus a terrace. Two of the rooms are VIP spaces with separate entrances, and the third can be used either as general dining or for private events. The mezzanine overlooks the ground floor and holds a wine cellar and an oyster bar. Materials include warm oak, walnut and Pentelikon marble from the Greek quarry that supplied the Parthenon. A large skylight, operable doors and custom blown-glass pendants keep the space bright and open, making it suitable for elegant events of many sizes.
