Welcome to VENUE WISE!

We operate an online platform that serves two primary purposes:

  1. Search and Discovery: Users can search for venues, explore options, and connect with venue owners, venue advisors and service providers for events, bookings, and other purposes.
  2. Venue Listings and Visibility: Venue owners can list their spaces to increase visibility, showcase their offerings, and reach potential clients on the platform.

By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions;

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VENUE WISE platform, which includes our website and related services (“Platform” or “Services”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 VENUE WISE, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Our Services provide access to venue listings, which may include verified and unverified data. Verified listings bear a blue badge, confirming that the information has been reconfirmed by the venue. Unverified listings are based on publicly available data and may not be accurate or reliable.

1.4 By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are a legal entity or individual with the capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Privacy

2.1 VENUE WISE values your privacy. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.2 Users who obtain personal data of others through our Platform must comply with applicable data protection laws and provide mechanisms for individuals to remove their data upon request.

3. Accounts

3.1 You may need to create an account to use certain features of our Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 VENUE WISE reserves the right to reject account applications, deactivate accounts, or suspend access for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

3.3 Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of information associated with their accounts, including listing details and communications with other users.

4. Venue Listings

4.1 Verified and Unverified Listings

  • Verified Listings: These are listings where the information has been submitted directly by the venue by getting access to their individual account portal in the VENUE WISE platform. Verified listings are marked with a blue badge for easy identification.

Any property interested in verification of their venue can submit their interest here: venuewise.com - Register Your Venue - Venuewise: List Your Event Venue in UAE. On successful submission of the information the verification time-line is up to 2-3 working days.

  • Unverified Listings: These include information collected through AI or public sources. While VENUE WISE strives to maintain accuracy, unverified listings are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or reliable.

4.2 Responsibility for Information

VENUE WISE serves as a platform for venues to list their properties and does not own or independently verify all information. As such, VENUE WISE is not directly responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided in any listing, whether verified or unverified.

5. Venue Advisory Services

5.1 Advisory Nature of Recommendations
VENUE WISE provides advisory services to help clients discover venues that align with their preferences and requirements. These recommendations are based on the information available on the platform and the details shared by the client. However, all final decisions regarding venue selection are solely the responsibility of the client.

5.2 Limitations of Responsibility

  • The suggestions and proposals provided by VENUE WISE advisors are purely advisory and do not constitute binding commitments or guarantees regarding venue availability, pricing, or suitability, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a chosen advisory package.
  • Information provided by VENUE WISE advisors relies on the data shared by the venues themselves. VENUE WISE does not independently verify this information and cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

5.3 Venue Accountability
All commitments, including pricing, availability, and services offered, are the sole responsibility of the venue. VENUE WISE does not assume liability for any discrepancies, cancellations, or other issues arising from agreements or arrangements made between the client and the venue.

5.4 Client Due Diligence
Clients are encouraged to visit the venue in person to verify all details, including availability, amenities, and before finalizing any arrangements.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Design and Methodology

VENUE WISE retains ownership and intellectual property rights over the design, structure, methodology, and overall framework of how information is presented on the Platform. This includes proprietary algorithms, layouts, and features that enable the organization and display of listings.

6.2 User-Generated and External Content

Content provided by users, including venue details, photos, and descriptions, or derived from public sources, remains the intellectual property of the original creators or owners. However, by submitting or making such content available on the Platform, users grant VENUE WISE a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide and promote our Services.

6.3 Limited Ownership Disclaimer

VENUE WISE does not claim ownership of the factual information contained in the listings, especially for unverified content sourced through public or AI-driven methods. While VENUE WISE facilitates access to and presentation of this data, it does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

6.4 Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform's methodology or presentation without prior written authorization.
  • Extract or scrape content from the Platform for unauthorized purposes, including competitive use.

7. Use of Services

7.1 You agree to use our Services responsibly and not to:

  • Misrepresent venue information.
  • Post harmful or inappropriate content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Platform.

7.2 VENUE WISE reserves the right to remove content, terminate accounts, or take other action if these Terms are violated.

8. Bookings and Transactions

8.1 VENUE WISE is not a party to agreements between users (e.g., venue owners and clients). Any disputes or issues arising from bookings must be resolved between the parties involved.

8.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that all pricing and information related to bookings are accurate and transparent. Hidden fees or misrepresentations are prohibited.

9. Commissions and Payments

9.1 Listing venues on the VENUE WISE platform is free of charge. However, VENUE WISE may charge commissions on bookings facilitated through the Platform. This commissionable amount shall be discussed and agreed during the time of booking confirmations.

9.2 Venue Advisory for clients comes with a fee. Based on customized proposal requested, a VENUE WISE expert advisor will engage with you on a fee as per the VENUE WISE advisory package.

9.3 Verified listings may require a subscription fee for additional benefits, visibility, or features. Details regarding such fees, including their duration and payment terms, will be outlined in the subscription plan.

9.4 Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Users are responsible for any applicable payment processing fees, taxes, or additional charges associated with bookings or subscription services.

10. Disputes Between Users

10.1 VENUE WISE may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes between users. However, we do not guarantee outcomes and are not liable for any disputes that arise.

10.2 Users are expected to cooperate in good faith during dispute resolution processes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 VENUE WISE is not liable for:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete venue information.
  • Disputes or damages arising from bookings or user interactions.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.

11.2 Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid by you to VENUE WISE in connection with the specific service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

These iconic resorts are located on the crescent of the Palm island, an iconic development on the edge of the Arabian Sea. The Atlantis hotel and resort is a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB), a 40-minute drive from Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), and 1 hour 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). 



Directions from Dubai International Airport (DXB) 

By Car: 
From Dubai International Airport, take the Exit D 70 toward Al Garhoud. Keep right at the fork to merge onto Casablanca Street, then keep right and follow the signs to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Jebel Ali. At Dubai Internet City, take exit 34 towards the Palm. Continue straight along the trunk of the Palm towards Crescent Road. Once you reach Crescent Road (after the tunnel) turn right. Head straight at the first roundabout, and you will see the entrance to Atlantis Dubai on your right.  



By Public Transport: From Dubai International Airport, take a taxi directly to Atlantis (approximately AED 100). Alternatively, take the Dubai Metro from the Metro station at your terminal towards UAE Exchange station. Stop at Mall of the Emirates Station, and then take a taxi directly to Atlantis Dubai.
